We didn't get any garden in last year, because of crazy happenings and too much coming and going, but this year we are planning a big one... not sure if it will be as big as yours but still, hopefully more to help out on the grocery bill with such difficult times. I planted tomato seedlings too.. which is a first for me. Have actually planted tomato plants before but not seeds. We're going out today to get plots ready too (if this wind will stop blowing... must be 70mph right now.)
Many Blessings to you and your family, and your garden,
Much love,
PamPamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17962395509313703071noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5439971908848990993.post-29995305468024574742011-04-09T19:20:03.215+01:002011-04-09T19:20:03.215+01:00Yeah! Will look forward to seeing the progress of these seedlings!
Just want to stress that in my post about Scots I wasn't denigrating Gaelic, but that I'm very conscious of the need to keep Scots alive too and that emphasis seems to have fallen off the political agenda a bit.
So interested in your homeschooling. I first came into contact with homeschoolers through the Suzuki method of music instruction that my children follwed. There are a lot of Canadian and US Suzuki families who also homeschool. By the time I found out about it, my children were very happily settled in school, so it wasn't appropriate to take them out, but I remain very influenced by its family-centric approach.Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11269887100694066103noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5439971908848990993.post-20395599039793927352011-04-09T05:00:44.826+01:002011-04-09T05:00:44.826+01:00Everything is looking good! I do hope I get to plant some things this summer I had a huge garden last year but I built it in the wrong place so I had all sorts of problems with the sun and lack of and bugs and mice burrowed underneath....So we took it down but this year I have some different ideas maybe doing some things in pots?
